Hotel staff were friendly and quick when we made requests or needed help. Check in could've been a little bit more smooth, but I'm assuming it's just the language barrier miscommunication. I like the location in which is not far from the Forbidden city and Wangfujing pedestrian area. The metro is a walking distance. You can take line 8 or line 5. On the main street Dongsi, there are lots restaurants to choose. The apartment is excellent. Spacious. It is a quiet location.

Modern apartment hotel in the hutongs. We spent 9 nights there. It’s clean and comfortable, in a nice walkable area. It’s also very central. Helpful and friendly staff but they don’t all speak English. We managed to communicate using translation apps.
