Nicely located about 3 minute walk from Kanda Station. Lots of food places and convenience stores nearby. Room is outdated and carpet old. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Hotel charged not fair, as I confirmed with hotel.com. One night was charged 200.00 Cad dollars with no breakfast. Bathroom was so small and grout between the wall and vanity around was black fungus things, around faucet area as well.

Like: location Don't like: Some staffs are not very friendly. When we first got there, we couldn't figure how to get inside and went around, hauling our suitcases around the building 2 times. The guy at the checking desk could see us through the glass but did not bother to step aside to show us how to get inside. I booked 2 rooms long ago yet we are put on different floors. Don't try the washer/dryer. Your clothes will not dry.

There was a bug trap in my room - the room was very old looking - the entire hotel needs a refresh - check the air conditioning- I felt the air was stale - I felt sick in morning - not a good stay - needs more than one washing machine dryer! in the hotel - the hotel is in a good location
