My daughter and I truly enjoyed our overnight stay here. Staff was exemplary and very welcoming, even after check out I accidentally forgot my necklace in the hotel room and Christopher the hotel manager helped me to retrieve it immediately, jewelry was still in the room. I am so greatful for the staff there.I will definitely be staying there in my future trip to Mexico City. Location is perfect, short walk to famous museums, zoo and park. Thank you for the wonderful stay there

I loved the hotel's decoration, especially all its art pieces, very modern and industrial. The staff is incredibly friendly and supportive. The room was comfortable, silent (I wasn't disturbed by next-door neighbors. However, I was not very pleased with my room not having windows. I also would have loved to have the bottles of water replaced daily, even if it is with a charge. I would also suggest lowering the temperature in the fitness room and having a water fountain.

I reserved at Uliv Polanco and they sent us to Roma North, in a building with a very tiny bed, without elevators and very far of our daily activities in Polanco, so I have to spend a lot of time traveling and pay a lot of money for transportation. Excelente ubicación en Anzures a unos pasos de Polanco. Apto. moderno, bonito, aunque pequeño se ve amplio por la carencia de muros, excelente iluminación gracias a sus amplísimos cristales pero para males esa iluminación no te permite dormir cómodamente, el sol al amanecer te despierta porque te despierta, sugerencia lleva antifaces para dormir, además se escuchan los ruidos de los vecinos. Sugerencia; lleva pastillas para dormir.

Overall I was pleased with the hotel and the accommodations. A couple of things I would suggest doing is adding waters in the room. There weren't waters available, not even for purchase in the room. I wanted to drink water at night and make coffee in the room in the morning, but there weren't waters for the two days I stayed. Also they need to lower the rack to hang up clothes. You'd have to be 7' tall to hang up your clothes which doesn't feel very practical. Again overall I like the hotel and would stay again, but Ill make sure to plan accordingly next time.
