I loved this place, all employees were very polite and friendly. The service was Excellent I will recommend it 100 times. The mini restaurant was great and had a nice selection of, pastries, sandwiches, coffee and options for breakfast.

O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro turístico, mais próximo do Mercado San Blas. Mesmo assim, me hospedaria novamente lá. A equipe é bem gentil e prestativa. Oferecem box de café da manhã para quando fizer tour antes do horário servido no hotel. Fiquei no último andar, então o quarto não tinha janela. O banheiro é grande, então passava um pouco de frio ao sair da ducha. Se for preciso, eles guardam a bagagem e também oferecem passeios (apesar de serem mais baratos nas agências do centro).

A estadia foi ótima, toda a equipe muito solicita e simpática, a limpeza do quarto estava ótima e o café da manhã maravilhoso! O chuveiro tinha água quente, apenas a tv que não funcionava mas não me importei pois passei o dia todo fora e só chegava para dormir, tinha chá a disposição e eles tem um café super aconchegante! adorsmos tudo!

Bom custo benefício.

O atendimento da Ruth foi impecável. Falta secador de cabelo, acho importante por conta do frio, não tem como sair de cabelo molhado. O hotel fica a 15 minutos a pé da PLAZA de armas, com ladeira no caminho, mas nada que atrapalhe muito. O quarto 204 com 2 camas de solteiro é melhor do que o quarto 203 que tem uma cama de casal, pois a cama é bem pequena. O Wi-Fi é um pouco lento. O café da manhã é bom, mas o rapaz que faz o café é um pouco lento, então a comida chegava rápido, mas o café….tem que ter paciência. Já em relação a água quente, é um pouco complicado, tem que ligar o chuveiro um pouco antes de tomar banho até esquentar, ficamos 9 dias nesse hotel, é posso afirmar que a água quente varia bastante, dias com água muito quente e já outros dias com água morna.

Bom custo benefício.

Acho que os quartos poderiam ter aquecimento, pois faz muito frio, a opção dada foi pagar 20 soles por dia para ter um aquecedor no quarto. Vc pagar esse valor por 1 ou 2 dias é tranquilo, mas no meu caso eu fiquei 9 dias, aí fica puxado, mais de 200,00 reais a mais na diária. Deveriam melhorar as toalhas de banho, pois são muito pequenas e colocar um tapete no chão do banheiro, como mencionei anteriormente aqui é muito frio. O café da manhã tem bastante opção e gostei bastante da forma que é feito.

Ótimo custo benefício e excelentes funcionários

Funcionários excelentes, principalmente a Ruth, uma pessoa encantadora, que não se cansa de querer ajudar. Chuveiro excelente, o único problema que tivemos foi com a internet, que era bem fraca nos quartos mais alto e o quarto um poço claro, mas como acordávamos cedo para os passeios, não nos incomodou. Como os passeios são cedo, é só solicitar no dia anterior que deixam um lanche para levar.
