Maverick assigned up a room for differently abled persons. This room did not have an additinal bedside table for the other person traveling with me. The bathroom, although spacious, did not have a place to put ones toiletries, whether one id diable or able bodied, so all of our toileteries were place on the floor. The shower water splattered outside the shower making the floor dangerous when getting out of the shower. Lastly, the AC was locked for nearly our entire stay and at night, around 8:30pm the room temperature rose to 85 degrees one night. Only on our last night did management unlock the AC control and the nights had cooled by then and we could open the windows. Management provides 24 hr telephone respinse but do not respond to the issues. We did receive more towels to mop the floorsand more dish soap for some unknown reason, but neither solved the issue of not having a sirface area to put ones items for the night or toiletries. Also, the WiFi knocks one off every 15 to 20 mins. The TV or the remote did not work either. The bed was very comfortable and the company provodes ample pillows. Towels are in good shape and the rooms are very clean and have nice looking and practical furniture. The kitchen was wonderful and used it evey evening and having a sink, microwave, and mini fridge in the room made our lives easier for us. We met another client who had constant issues getting into her unit and had become enraged over the lack of assistaance she received.
