Great modern hotel. Breakfast poor at 45€ per head for continental breakfast. Rooms are spacious but amenities lacking. 4 sq shower when a bath could have been installed is pointless. No spa appointments available No pool or sauna or steam so not sure how it gets a five star status. I’d just say it was a modern 4 star. Very overpriced for a 4 star hotel as definitely was not five stars

A 5 stars hotel with a 2 stars staff. Lack of training, insufficient English, overwhelmed waiters in the restaurant, untrained reception, quite disappointing given the quality of the premises, of the suite’s equipment and of the excellent location. In comparison to the Four Seasons that is just across the street, it’s night and day.
