Horrible stay I am disputing the charge!!

We arrived at 8PM, we check in 9pm, first room was duty, second room was without everting pillows, towels, bed sheets, we move again for a different room and was missing a blanket. I went the front desk about 7x, we had missing staff was around 11 pm . Anyway horrible..

A localização é excelente, próxima a pontos interessantes para quem busca uma viagem tranquila e momentos de relaxamento. Contudo, a experiência no quarto deixou a desejar. Em uma noite bastante fria, senti falta de cobertores adequados — havia apenas um lençol e uma segunda camada também muito fina, o que comprometeu o conforto. Esse foi um ponto negativo importante. Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi agradável, com boas opções para começar bem o dia. A cama em si era bastante confortável, o que é um ponto positivo. Em resumo: foi uma estadia rápida, apenas para passar a noite. A estrutura geral é boa, mas o hotel poderia se atentar mais ao conforto térmico dos hóspedes, especialmente em períodos mais frios.

Sempre viajo e fico em Ibis, mas esse de Pindamonhangaba foi o pior que já fiquei. O quarto muito fora do padrão, muito pequeno, sem frigobar, o vaso sanitário colado na parede, totalmente desconfortável para sentar. Hotel não oferece nada demais, sem piscina, academia, sem área de lazer. Apesar disso, o atendimento da equipe de recepção e a limpeza do hotel não tenho do que reclamar. Parabéns a equipe, mas a estrutura do hotel é fraca pelo valor da diária.

Decepcionante para a rede Ibis.

Quarto desconfortável, sem frigobar, secador , sem serviço de quarto, cofre, o primeiro AP não tinha nenhuma mesinha de apoio, a torneira do anterior não saia água na pia WC, sem interfone para comunicação com recepção. Levamos insulina pra nossa cachorrinha e ainda bem, que dona Patrícia da limpeza pediu ajuda às meninas da cozinha q prontamente guardou pra nós.

Razoável

O Hotel precisa de um pouco mais de cuidados. O café da manhã é bom com opções de frutas. Em sua estrutura no primeiro quarto que fomos colocados estava com infiltração deixando assim um cheiro de mofo muito forte. Após avisarmos o hotel fomos trocados de quarto que não tinha esse problema, na segunda noite quando fomos dormir identificamos um problema no ar condicionado que não se mantinha ligado.
