Nice quiet hotel in the center of Hue

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was great down an alley off of the busier roads. There we a bunch of nearby restaurants, bars and stores. The room was plenty large with a good sized shower. There was a nice little balcony. The bed was a little firm, but that seems to be the norm in Vietnam. The top floor had a pool, kind of a bar and spa services. We had a beer up there and enjoyed the nice view. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. They provided information on visiting some of the sights around town and set us up with a drivers. Recommended!

A little gem

We absolutely loved our stay in Hue at Jade Scene. Central to everything but tucked away from noise and bustle of beer/pub street area. The facilities were very good, even though we could’nt use the pool because of the weather. The rooms were clean with everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with more than enough options. But most of all it was the staff that made our stay so enjoyable. Friendly,helpful and always a smile, thankyou.

2 nights stay in Hue

We had a short stop in Hue for some sightseeing. Jade Scene hotell was very helpful with arranging suitable tours for us. A full day tour by bus and river boat gave us a very good overview of the citadel and tombs in Hue. They also arranged a combined transfer and guided tour to our next stop, Hoi An. Highly recomend this tour. It was very scenic, beautiful views from the mountins over the sea below. Also some charming stops on the way. The guide was great and we learned a lot about the Vietnames culture in a funny and easy way. The hotell was fine, nice rooms, good breafast, good location for restaurants. Good choise for Hue.

The property was in great area close to restaurants and shopping. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and the cleaners were very thorough each day. It was fantastic value for money.The hotel driver Peter was fantastic. He took us on a number of half day tours and gave us a great insight into the history of Vietnam.

Great hotel for location, staff, and price

Our room was big, comfortable, and clean. They provided flip flops, bath robes, local brand water bottles, toothbrush/toothpaste and the usual toiletries. They also have an area on the rooftop and you can bring your own food/beverage to enjoy. The staff was very helpful, enthusiastic, and energetic. They recommended many places to have local Vietnamese food and places to check out—they wrote all of this down on a map of the area. They can book tours and car services for us, but they were never pushy. Someone was always around to greet us when we left or entered the hotel. The breakfast they provided were delicious. There were Vietnamese food and western food. Examples: bun bo hue (Vietnamese noodle soup), pate, cheese, sausages, steam veggies, fruits, omelette, scrambled eggs, crepe pancakes, and many types of fresh fruit juices (loved the dragon fruit juice and the mango fruit juice) that taste like blended fruits with no added sugar, yogurt and so much more—this is not the kind of complimentary breakfast you will ever see in the U.S. I highly recommend this hotel. There are many great restaurants, coffee and boba shops. It was about a 20 min walk from the Imperial City (the walk was nice; there’s a park, a promenade, and pretty bridges and it was safe to walk at night). Also recommend these hair salons: Phantom Men’s Hair Salon for men a block away and Hair Salon Lee Khánh for women a few blocks away; about USD $4-$8 for highly skilled hairstyles.

Hotel is on a small street. Location very close to many shops & restaurants. Staff is very nice & helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good. Can get crowded & hard to get food or drinks due to many people eating at same time. Rooftop pool looked nice but did not use.

Schönes zentral gelegenes Hitel mit freundlichem Personal. Wir haben die Weiterreise nach Hoi An mit einem privaten Fahrer gebucht. Quan hat uns gefahren. Die Strecke ging über den Besuch einer Lagune über den Wolkenpass und den Besuch des Marple Mountain bis nach Hoi An. Quan ist ein sehr guter Fahrer und Guide, der immer zuvorkommend und freundlich war. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, sehr zu empfehlen

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and kind, they helped make our experience even better. Breakfast was good, laundry service was very convenient and they had it ready the next morning for us, the rooftop bar was nice to relax. They held our bags after we checked out since we had a late night flight and they let us hang out on the rooftop and use the washroom/shower which was amazing!
