Hotel is nice. Great location and across the street from MRT. The only set back, they will charge you 300 USD if you lost the plastic key card. Also, the bathroom shower is defective and will spill all over. Seems like an after thought. I would say this is a really good hotel and location if you need access to MRT

it was a pleasant stay throughout except that there was a day when housekeeping failed to attend to the room when the Room Service Green light has been left on ... it was a little disappointing that there has been no response on why it happened and how we can be compensated for this lapse of service

My experience here wasn’t great. When taking a shower, the hot water kept turning hot and cold. I was planning to take a bath but the water coming out of the bath was at a trickle (which I think they did on purpose). The rooms are quite big and the beds are clean. I would not come back.

I asked the hotel to take care of my guests. I even left a cell phone. Then when my friends arrived with their 12 years old daughter, they charged them $1000 per night extra, without calling me 1st. I booked the hotel through Expedia. I did specify it is for a couple and a 12 years old. I know mistakes happens. But I did tell the hotel there are my quests from Hong Kong pls make them feel home and call me with issue. It's bas customer service
