Short stay, but very happy

I only had a short stay at this hotel as my flight from Düsseldorf Airport was early in the morning, but very happy overall. The staff working the night shift was very friendly and professional, and I felt very welcome even kn the late hours of the night. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a surpisingly good sleep despite the very short stay. Would stay here again if the oppurtunity comes.

I really appreciated that the manager let me check in early. The room is clean and comfortable with soft sheets. I walked to an Italian Restaurant (Ca' del Re) about 25 minutes away and it was safe for a woman to walk and explore. Conveniently located by the Dusseldorf Airport.

The staff were amazing..Its a refreshing change to actually be met with a smile and professionalism. We arrived just before midnight but the Barman/night porter went up and above to make us feel welcome...So much so what started out as one quick drink turned into three...Even the breakfast staff were fantastic...It appears IHG have to count themselves lucky to have such nice people working for them

This hotel serves a good purpose of being easily accessible to the airport. Walking path to the airport is convenient and easy to use, but not sure I'd use it after dark (although it is lit). Facilities are updated and nice, rooms are nicely furnished with good space. Towels weren't great in the room - a little thin, threadbare, and seemed well used.
