Location of hotel is in a great location. Close to restaurants, shopping and train station. Only 10 min walk to train station. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a bit chaotic. The food was okay but i've had better. Rooms are bit small but okay. The beds were a bit hard. Overall, I think the hotel was okay based on price.

Nice hotel in good location

We had a short stay in Dresden and the hotel was very appropriate for it. The room would have been too small for a longer stay but it was fine for a short stay. Unfortunately, the hotel has no own parking and the places close by were very limited. The breakfast was great with the pancake maker as a highlight.

Location, location, location. Beautiful European standard room, 10 minutes walk from central train station and 5 minutes to old Dresden. On site to over a dozen restaurants. Only one small negative point. No safe in the room. Almost forgot the amazing breakfast. Extremely good quality / price hotel.

Hi. Perfect location close to the train station. I had a great experience during my one-night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Dresden. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even storing my luggage for a few hours after check-out. Highly recommend!

Easy acces by car, free parking during night, daytime costs half the price compared with other hotels. Location fine if you are up to 10-15 mins walk to main attractions. Shopping avenue/galerie right outside the door. Would recommend the stuff not to send in personell to the rooms where guests will be checking out anyways the next morning. A bit unnecessary and disturbing to be waked up after a 14 hours long journey, and having a long journey ahead. Battroom door was making a noise that made one thinh that Dresden was under siege again. Haven't had the breakfast, but nice coffe.

Smallest hotel rooms in Dresden

The location is probably the best feature. The rooms are extra small, so forget staying here if you have a vacation over 2 days. Rooms probably are 5 meters by 3 at best. The breakfast buffet it gets super crowded. Make sure you are there at 6:30am or it’s total caos. Food was ok.

An old and crowded hotel

The only advantage for this hotel is its location, it’s close to the main station and it takes only 15 mins walk to the city centre of Dresden. The hotel itself was a bit old, and it’s too crowded during vacation season. The lifts were too small and slow which there was a queue for lifts at the lobby during the peak hours, and also another queue for breakfast. The one thing I found most unsatisfied was the internet connectivity, there was no WiFi provided in the room.
