Anything to make it feel like a more uoscale oasis in a neighborhood that is a bit run down.

Staff were helpful, informed, and kind. The outside area can be seen as not the best, but that should not deter anyone from staying there. No body bothers you.

Comfortable, great value

We had a very comfortable stay and were happy it was so close to the metro, which made it very easy to navigate the city, as well as restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel and rooms all appeared to have been recently refurbished, which was nice. The only things that were slightly off putting was having a room facing directly into some residential buildings and being directly below some guests that were stomping around very loudly. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and made it easy to get around to the sites we wanted to see.

The view from the rooftop restaurant/bar was beautiful first thing in the morning with sunrise or at sunset. The staff was always helpful and friendly. The room was small but very clean

Great little gem

The breakfast was great definitely worth the extra amount we paid and very friendly staff. The room was comfortable just a little small for us and the baby crib but short term it was ok. Thanks to Stella for all the recommendations.

Diamon in therough

Overall, place is good. We needed a place and Dunlin turn out better than other places with some drawbacks. We got a crib for baby that was great. Comfortable king size bed. 3 complains. Bathroom is amazing however it is messy to shower as it doesnt fully close. We were below the 8th floor were Bar is so it was noisy at night and morning. As mention in some reviews, it is kinda hidden from sight or main road so area is sketchy. I like to call it the diamond in the rough.

Naira, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Very nice and clean hotel room Not much of a view out the window, but noce views feommthe rooftop bar But very good value and located within a 10 or 15 minute walk of most of the nearby attractions and bars and restaurants.

It’s close to everything like shopping, restaurants, hop on hop off if you want to go around which we did. You will see graffiti everywhere but it’s all around Athens. Great breakfast. Every one is helpful.

The safes did not work in our rooms. There were 5 of us in 5 rooms. Doors on the safe swung open and would not shut. Very inconvenient. Otherwise, the stay was good. The hotel arranged for all of our transfers to cruise, and airport which was very helpful. Staff was kind and helpful.

Is a good hotel. Mark at the front desk was very helpful. We had to book this hotel on the same date because the hotel we booked initially was closed and we were not informed by hotel.com

2 days in Athens

Some reviews state concerns about cleanliness, however our experience was quite clean. My main concern is about the location, it is not ideal for travelers interested in seeing the Parthenon or Flea Market. In this case I would recommend staying closer to the city center. While the walk isn’t too far, this area isn’t ideal and we were asked several times by different locals why we stayed here.
