Property was conveniently located for our needs, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. ( Especially Kevin on the afternoon shift) The room was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable.
However, there were multiple things in the room in need of repair. The kitchen faucet constantly dripped, the sink was stained and kind of gross, and the countertop was bubbling up...needing to be replaced. The picture online shows a coffee pot in the room....but there wasn't one. ( Thank you Kevin for finding that for us) Also the shower head needs replacing. And there was a hole in the wall where someone before us had opened the bathroom door and smashed the wall with the handle.
We were in the area to visit family, so really didn't spend much time in the room. As long as the bed was comfortable and the room was clean, that was what mattered most for us. (And, of course the coffee pot)
We will research other options before booking here again
