A place closer to everything (supermarket, restaurants, etc). Friendly staff and the room was with all we needed. The only thing that you have to consider, if you want to wake up late in weekdays, is that the hotel is closer to a elementary school and you’ll heard the kids playing early in the morning. Beside that, is a great place.

Avoid at all cost the rooms located at the back.

We get a room located at the back of the building, whose windows are only a few steps away from an extremely noisy high school playground. Waking up at 7 am to the shouts of the boys playing ball wasn't a pleasant experience. The hotel staff told me that the hotel is a "urban hotel," which is something I should take into account when booking it. Yes, unbelievable. The room needed some maintenance, but the bed was comfortable, and the room looked decently clean. After two nights we were moved to a room in the front which was extremely better in all aspects, especially the silence during the morning. The breakfast was very good with a good quantity of different options.

Small but very comfortable hotel in central Mendoza. The room we were allocated had faulty Aircon which is not good in 38 Deg C conditions. After raising this with reception were were moved to a suite with excellent Aircon.

So many great things about this hotel: location near dining options was excellent and easily walkable. Felt very safe at all times in and out of the hotel. Hotel offers breakfast which was very convenient and good. Good bed. Our room size was as advertised which was ideal for 3 people with a kitchenette and refrigerator. Great place. Spoke English. Always felt welcomed. Clean. Good shower and bathroom. Offered same day laundry service which was very good at a modest price…huge benefit. The laundry service cleaned very dirty hiking pants same day at modest and very reasonable rate. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The hotel and staff were wonderful. Very nice breakfast included as well. The property also has bikes available. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It will a little bit of a walk to any of the tourist areas and that is the only reason I am not rating it a perfect 5. There was also great parking here. I would probably stay here again even though it is a bit far from all the local walking things we did just because it was so nice, clean and the staff were wonderful.

Disappointing - not what’s advertised in photos

Overall not the best experience: - The pictures are extremely misleading. Most of the rooms don’t have a balcony or a plaza view. When we raised this with staff, we were just told that was how it was and couldn’t offer us an alternative. - Bathroom was covered in limescale, including shower head. - Random churning noises in room at 5am, loud enough to wake you from sleep - No coffee in room, only tea. - Quality of breakfast was somewhat below expectations. On a positive note, cleanliness was decent apart from bathroom limescale. Laundry was cheap and very efficient. Some of our interactions with staff were positive. Area also nice and quiet.
