I stayed in Jenny's Cottage and it was terrific. It looks out on a tranquil interior courtyard, yet is only a couple of blocks from the main restaurant/shopping district of Friday Harbor.

Very clean, comfortable and easy to arrive post ferry and settle in. Patrick whom I communicated with for confirmation was pleasant, efficient, and helpful to get us checked in for a pet friendly stay as well as informative. Will be back for a longer stay next time!

The cottage itself was very inviting and comfortable. It was also a very quiet area. The only problem I encountered was the overhead fan above the bed. It was remote controlled and one night, the light came on randomly. Thank goodness it only happened once as I had no other trouble.

Sweet property, great bath products, French press, great ground coffee and local milk in Glass bottles excellent breakfast baskets delivered even Gluten free and vegetarian options. Jennie’s cottage had an excellent bathtub and lots of thoughtful details, bed cozy and very clean.

It’s not a new building, so don’t expect sleek and modern, but it’s immaculate, cozy, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the bed is SO comfy and inviting. My pets appreciated the treats and water bowls. If you want to walk on a SJI Ferry, the location is perfect!!

Lots of personal touches! The property host greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. Great breakfasts—just the right amount of fresh, tasty and healthy food and beverages to get your day off to a good start. They were most accommodating to my challenging dietary restrictions. The small kitchen was equipped with everything we needed—even snacks! The bathroom was fully stocked with quality toiletries.

such a cute property the staff was wonderful. My husband called without my knowledge and asked if they could find some flowers to have in the room because we are celebrating our 20th anniversary. They took care of that and were so sweet the bed is comfortable. The pillows are amazing everything that you would need is here, great location walkable to most of the town. Excellent rental. Convenient walk or drive from ferry. Very efficient use of space inside. Very quiet and clean. Provided breakfast brought to the door of the cottage. Good wifi. Excellent communication from rental management throughout. Good value. I would rent it again if I came with similar circumstances. Side note - I couldn't get the teapot to heat on the stovetop, but it may have been something I was doing wrong. And it was fine since I was able to heat water in the microwave.

We found the folks at Tucker House to be really friendly and helpful. That combined with the stellar breakfasts made the stay really pleasant. There’s areas for improvement in the condition of the property (at least the room we stayed in). There is preserving historic charm and then there’s failing to keep things in good order. Our mattress was old and meaningfully indented in the middle, making me feel like a croissant throughout the night. The walls were meaningfully scuffed in areas. I’d recommend staying here based on the service and breakfast however the quality of the room alone doesn’t justify the price of the property.

This property is everything the ad says it is .... but read the ad carefully. There is a double bed, but it is in the living room. There is wi-fi, but it is too slow to be functional. There is parking for one car and you are told extra cars can park at their other properties - but there is no space. I spoke to two staff people on the phone during my stay. One was lovely and courteous, the other basically told me to figure things out myself.

Great location and breakfasts

Great location in Friday Harbor. The breakfasts were quite good. Get the optional parfaits with breakfast, they make a great late morning snack. The sheets were more crackly than soft, and the mattress was OK, but the suite worked quite well for our family of four.
