The main gal serving breakfast needs some training very slow to bring each item, from silverware to water to bringing the bill. And there was zero to perhaps one other table occupied for breakfast. Ate breakfast five days in a row and it was painfully slow. She needs some training and supervision. The cook made a perfect omelet every morning!!

Confusing email from Hilton about using the app with a confirmation number to open my door when Hotels.com didn't give me a confirmation number. Charged me 30$ more when i checked in? I think this is refundable, but the lobby was loud and i couldn't hear the desk clerk.

I chose this property because it was the only one advertising a hot tub. We quickly discovered the hot tub was not open. Disappointed, but whatever. it happens. I then shower only to find myself standing in about 6 inches of water. the shower doesn't drain. We were then moved to another room, only to find the AC didn't work. We were then moved to another room where we had no refrigerator, we were offered another room but we declined. we could do without and quiet frankly tired of moving rooms. The staff was very nice and friendly and did do there best to accommodate, however I am still awaiting contact from their management.

Unfortunate experience

Air conditioning did not work, and because I booked through hotels.com they couldn’t refund or comp me anything. The actual AC equipment for hotel was outside our window and was very noisy. I paid extra for breakfast, the buffet was mostly empty and what was there was overcooked. They were to have some fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and then typical bagels/bread and cereal - which they did still have. The room was very spacious and clean. We happened to be in the accessible room - however it was difficult to open and close entrance and bathroom doors.

My fiancé and I booked the king size room with the jacuzzi in the room for my Birthday and only booked for one night… We enjoyed it so much we ended up staying a second night! The bed was amazingly comfortable… We will most definitely be back

I arrived fine but as I was closing the blind a live bed bug fell. I picked it up in a tissue. Showed to the clerk at the desk. They acted like it was my fault. They changed my room to a room not similar to what I had with a non working remote control. Im still awake at 1 am. I'm not sure I'll sleep at all. If it werent 6 degrees outside I'd sleep in my car.
