The ownership group needs to sell this property. We’ve been staying here for years but it has been in steady decline favor the last two years. Staff is poorly trained and the outside of the property is absolutely Eay should be paying me to stay there.

Just what we needed.

Great one-nighter for the family. We missed our connection flight, got in 6 hrs later than expected and checked into the hotel at 3am. Receptionist was very nice and welcoming. They allowed us to check out a little later so we could recover from the travel day. Too bad the pool was dry, but the kids were too exhausted from traveling 12 hours anyway. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel is easy to find and close to the commuter train and airport, someone had written it was in a bad location. I didn't notice anything bad about it.The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and they breakfast had very few options

Room was comfortable. Had to switch rooms. Large group in one room having a party. Room keys didn’t work. Had to go back 3 times to get fixed. Breakfast was a joke. Sausage links sitting in warm water. Fake eggs. Went to McDonald’s a mile away and there were bullet holes in the menu board and drive through window. Sketchy area with sketchy clientele.

The property literally stinks. It’s some sort of mixture of just dirtiness and stinky people smell. The common area in particular. We got to our room and it smelled like cigarettes. They said there were no rooms available but I pushed and they “found” one (it was a lot bigger and they probably just didn’t want to give it to us). The pool was drained, the elevator didn’t work, and the tub in the new room was gross and plugged up. It was bad. My advice: avoid!

There was very less water in the shower. We asked the property manager. He came and he tried to fix it but problem did not get fixed. They were giving cleaning after 2 days wherever in any other hotel it is every other day. So we have to ask them for towels every other day. The breakfast option was for very limited time till 9am and with very limited options.

I was not able to check in for 30 minutes as there was no one at the front desk present. When I checked in to my room it was hot, the AC was blowing out warm air. The bed was dirty, I pulled back the blankets and saw red stains that looked like bed bug stains on the sheets. I found a (dead) bed bug on the mattress after pulling everything off. I obviously could not stay there but the hotel refused a refund so I was not only out the $75 for the hotel, but also had to book another hotel last minute across town. I do not recommend staying here at all.
