Modern, and we really love to Onsen at upper floor the worst thing is 1) Car park is not enough and it take time to walk but it is okay as we can also shopping at Donki at night time when we walk back to hotel 2) Air con sometimes is not work well then we walk down to talk with the old man and he was amazing he can solve everything for us (1st day toilet was locked suddenly he also do) and he is quite joking he told me with unemotional that he close our aircon as he is controller lol 3) staff not good in English but overalls we miss this hotel finally

Extremely Terrible Experience

The hotel service was terrible. The check-in took us almost an hour to settle. They provided occupied room for us in 3 times consecutively. The personal stuff and the guests were inside the room they assigned for us. We took all our belongings to walk around the hotel for almost an hour. It was an embarrassing and unacceptable experience. They wasted a lot of our time and got us a lot of trouble. Besides, the parking lot is tedious and costs 1500 yen for a night. It was just purely disappointed. This hotel is not recommended at all.

出張で１泊素泊まりで利用。モノレール旭橋駅にほぼ直結の便利な立地。大浴場と宿泊者用のバーを備え、滞在を楽しめる。部屋は広めで、電源、冷蔵庫、無線LAN、円卓、ソファが備わり出張用途にも十分。ただし、長時間の事務作業ができる机は無い。観光でも利用したい。

Das öffentliche Bad oben war sehr schön und perfekt zur Entspannung nach einem langen Tag mit viel Sightseeing. Die Lage war auch super, man war direkt bei den wichtigsten Haltestellen und es gab auch einige sehr leckere Restaurants in der Nähe.

3泊しました。連泊の場合は掃除はありませんが、タオル類の補充はもちろんあります。大浴場も狭いですが、朝6時から空いているので、落ち着いて入ることができました。朝食は、野菜類が多く、普段不足気味だったので大変助かりました。メニューも色んなものがあり、少なくなるとすぐ補充していただけるので、お腹いっぱい食べさせていただきました。大変よかったので、また泊まらせていただきます。

国際通りからは、少し離れた立地だが、近くに、ゆいレールの駅はあり、立地としては可もなく不可もなく。 施設は清潔で、掃除も行き届いており、非常に良い。 朝食は、好き嫌いあると思うが、私は、100点満点中、70点の感覚。 食堂と駐車場のスタッフの対応は満点。ただし、たまたまと思うが、フロントスタッフは、少し頭が高い対応。
