Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location near the beach is nice. Design and vibe of the hotel is modern, casual and comfortable, except there was NO hot water for my 5 am shower and no way to avoid going up and down stairs at the entrance while lugging your bags.

Only drawback was the street in front of the hotel under construction noisy in the early morning hours and challenging to walk on the sidewalks. But I think this is only temporary.
