it was not loud and very peaceful, and that is what I needed. I would gladly come again. I watched the sun rise and set and was able to take midnight walks along the beach with other out and it was so peaceful and serene

The hotel was in a great location, the bed was great but overall the condition of hotel wasn't so great. Very strong mold smell, rooms are rundown, and outdated which I didn't expect out of the hotel considering the price paid. There are better options

This was an old hotel that they are renovating a little at a time. It was good enough for us but still needs work. Great view of ocean and we did t spend much time in the room but it was good for what we needed.

Family/tournament trip

Upon arrival it seemed clean. It is an older building. Deeper cleaning would be nice. We had no pets but there was a lot of pet hair on floor and under/behind furniture. I would have swept but no broom. Beer can on side up under bed with liquid in it still. Shower curtain rod rolled off and hit me in the back of the head. States No smoking but you smell it and other forms of smoking habits; strong. Full size fridge, range and microwave were very nice. Access in and out of building nice. Parking by building is limited. Easy to park in their lot across street. Felt safe. For the oceanfront, beach access and short stay w/no frills it is okay.

The room needed some dusting and it had a terrible smoke scent to be a non smoking room. It was very affordable for 2 nights and the area was alright.

I was a little scared after reading reviews but am so glad I gave it a try! Our room was clean and definitely no issues with our ac as we actually had to turn it up because it was freezing. Our room also had a coffee pot and two chairs on the balcony so I think it just depends on which room you get. Everyone we met that either lived there or worked there were super friendly and even invited us to join a cookout they were having to celebrate a residents birthday. Can’t beat the price for the view, a balcony, oceanfront pool and closeness to the beach. We will definitely be going back now that I know it’s clean, affordable and safe!

First off I have asthma and the air freshener sent me into an immediate attack. Had to remove it and air the room out. The pool was out of order the whole stay. The hallways smelled of nicotine. The bed was uncomfortable. It was nothing like the pictures. Not happy at all.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view from balcony to the beach. Easy check in as they send a code- free parking across the street is a plus. My main complaint is the room literally was sweating! By the next morning of my stay the floor was wet. By that evening I puddles were forming. I could not sleep there the last night before flight because condensation was dripping on my head from the ceiling. The couch had mildew spots on it from the 3 days. None of my clothes dried and all of my books wrinkled. The smell was not pleasant in hallways either.
