The location is great - close to busses and metro, restaurants very close, a supermarket around the corner. We enjoyed the fridge and used the microwave. The beds were super comfortable. One challenge was the temperature of the room. As we were unsuccessful in turned down the thermostat, the asked at the front desk if they would do it. They said they would send a technician. We asked 3 different times and still the room was to warm. Thankfully we would open the window. We stayed 9 nights so our room was cleaned every 3 days. Luckily there was a housekeeping lady on the floor in the morning so we could get toilet paper... as it was not replenished. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and we would come again!

Super service, great location.

My second time staying at the Residhome Paris Opera. Location is unbeatable. A few steps away from Printemps, Lafayette. Right next to the Metro (RER). However, best thing about this place is not the location, it's the service from the staff. Johan, Amel and Luanda were so helpful during our stay. They really set an example on how hospitality should be.

Room not ready at the check in time. Air conditioning was not working during canicular days. No soap and no refills after many demands. Moldy stains in the bath tab. Missing light in the bathroom. One of the elevators out of order. Poor cleaning standards everywhere.

Mr Johan & Mr Ghani were very helpful with our luggage, as we came in earlier than our check-in time. They tried to assign us a room earlier to enable us to freshen up. They also helped secure our luggage upon check out till the cab came to take us to the airport much later. Their friendly demeanor truly made our day! The staff at the restaurant were also attentive to details. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We’ll definitely make a come back the next time we are in Paris!

We had two connecting rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We contacted the reception, the first receptionist were helpful and promised to check it. When we came back the room were cleaned but it still smelled. The second receptionist were arrogant and told he never had any complaints about the room before. the shower and faucet in the bathroom had almost no water pressure. The rooms were worn down, and dusty. The pictures do not show how poor the rooms are. The neighbour had shops and restaurants, and a group off homeless people living/staying in the street by the hotel.

My friend and I were unable to check in to our room until 3 hours after check in time (they did let us stow our bags but after a long travel day thats not ideal) and then the room orientation was incorrect. Room was meant to be cleaned every 2 days and it was only cleaned once during the 7 day visit. There was also no lightbulbs in the room. The staff were nice but we felt like we were constantly asking them to resolve these very basic things. Overall the room and kitchenette were good and the location was very accessible to transit.

A lot of loud street noise, well beyond city noise, until 3 am the days we stayed. A group of men were playing soccer in the street. The front desk did not acknowledge it was a problem, nor did they apologize for the inconvenience. There were dishes left in a box outside our hotel room door and linens in a cart. The carpet in the hallways is coming up and appeared dirty. The pictures of the rooms online bd reality are quite different. The mattresses are hard as a rock. Despite a great location and multiple metro stations nearby, I would never stay here again. I’m incredibly dissatisfied, especially considering the amount I paid.

Au debut, petit probleme car la Reception ne trouvait pas ma reservation, donc ca a pris un peu de temps, mais apres, j'ai ete surclasse et la chambre fut tres bien, lit genial super confortable, oreiller en "gelee" tres agreable. Bonne SDB assez grande avec WC separe - j'adore. La seule chose: l'Internet n'est pas stable, marche bien, puis s'arrete pour entre quelques secondes et plusieurs minutes, ainsi que la TV. Personnel tres gentil, a la Reception, et pour le menage. Sejour tres bien!
