Outstanding experience can't wait to go back

We have been going to Cape every year, and this was by far my most favorite place to stay. The place itself is so charming and clean and the owner was super friendly and helpful. SOOO quiet didn't hear a peep from anyone else. And the bed was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in years. The beach was literally a 2 minute walk and it was a very nice beach. LOVE LOVE LOVE.

I Appreciated the Vibe & Vintage of this place. Great customer service was also given & this was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area & fit my budget perfectly. Well Done & Best Wishes.

For the money, I guess it was fine. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

There is nobody present there to talk you enter with the place with the key left in front door lock. My room, towels was not cleaned in the 2.5 days I was there.

For the price, can’t go wrong. Obviously dated and traditional cape cod style, but better than a more expensive motel. No issues and quiet location close to the beach

Had a great experience at Sea Breeze Inn. Very convenient location to the beach - a 3 minute walk to Keyes Beach. It is a quaint inn so don’t expect it to be modern as it was built 100 years ago. Would definitely stay there again. Peter, the owner was very accommodating. Thanks!

Very outdated and needs to be updated big time!! Shower was basically unusable and gross.

Just okay

A little upgrade from camping. The place is truly run down. Our room was renovated but my 12 year old would have done that job. Definitely rushed, no attention to details. Outside needs a lot of fix up, construction material and trash in the back Now the location was great. Short walk from the beach and 20min walk from main Street. We enjoyed that a lot. Check-in was easy but you will not see anyone. No breakfast. No instructions for wifi. Nothing, bare bones!

When we got there there was water on the floor of the bathroom, whioch looked like it was coming from a leak but we couldn't tell, and the manager was not on the premisis so it was a little tough to deal with. He was responsive over text and a phone call but the reality was we had to deal with it ourselves. We appreciated his offer to give us our money back and cancel but we had nowhere else to go.

The Manager was pleasant and accommodating, however, I never saw him in person. There is nobody at front desk ever. You just let yourself into the building and lock door behind you and go to your room. This felt uncomfortable and scary as I was traveling alone. The place is very quaint and has potential. Needs a good dusting. I even washed silk flowers in my bedroom as they were very dusty. The yard is nice, but also needs to be cleaned up. Cute gazebo that could use a paint job. Junk in back yard. I think this owner needs to hire somebody for front desk and to maintain the property. The front entrance is cluttered and needs a good cleaning. Not a very welcoming entrance.

My wife & I took a 10 day New England trip last week. We stayed at several different hotels. This was the worst by far. We had to buy air fresheners because the room smelled & looked like it had mold. We got off our plane to a text message from the owner saying that we would lose our reservation that day unless we called to give them our new credit card number. All other places said they did not need the card number until arrival to check-in & some even said they didnt need the card until checkout time. We also had to ask for towels and wash cloths. We had to call the owner multiple times to get the wifi password. Place was old and could use a remodel. Other than that it had electrity, a refrigerator and running water so that keeps it from 1 star

Could not get in our room for over an hour after arriving. Was unable to get in touch with anyone to get a code. Rooms were unimpressive, the air kept cutting off. Not very comfortable. Would not recommend

Ocean not visible from room but veru clowe walking distance, maybe 40 steps. Quaint little place and owner very responsive. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would go back. Perfect for couples and anyone on a budget. Wonderful location

Economical stay in the Cape

The Sea Breeze was an economical stay in the Cape. Other options were super expensive so the Sea Breeze was great for our 3 night stay. The property is a little older but everything was clean and functional. The property is a 4 minute walk to the beach, 1 mile from the Kennedy Compound and 2.5 miles from Main Street. Boston is just 1.5 hours, Provincetown at the end of the cape is just an hour drive. We enjoyed Kate's Ice Cream, breakfast at the Daily Paper and supper ate Pizza Borbone while in town. Hyannis had lots of cool options for shopping and food on main street. We also visited the JFK museum while in town and the JFK Memorial (location of his acceptance speak).

Our two day stay was very nice overall. This hotel is like staying at a B&B but without the human experience. The beach was a lock and a half down the road.It was very nice. The rooms are nice if you’re into an 1980s vibe. The decor was eclectic and used but clean. The hotel room s need updating.

A cozy little stay

I really loved staying here. I am a solo traveler and backpacker and this little Inn felt like a hostel along a hiking trail. The room was a queen bedroom with a cold AC, a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and a TV with streaming. The wifi always worked. I could see the Nantucket Sound from one of my windows and the room was really cozy and clean. The rooftop deck was my favorite place to hang out at night in the fresh air. The walk to downtown is about a mile, so if you enjoy exploring on foot it's nice to leave the car at the Inn and take the walk - felt safe even at night. Loved being only 3 minutes away from the water as well. I'd definitely stay here again if I was back on the Cape.

2/10 Poor

Disgusting Room!

Beware! This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in, ever! The room I was given was on the 2nd floor and when I entered the musty smell was terrible, the mold was disgusting, the light in the bathroom didn’t work, the tv didn’t work due to it not accepting the password and the ac didn’t even have the vent on to blow the air away from the bed! All I needed was a place for a night as I had plans for the evening and the following day and if I ever booked this place for more than a few hours, I would have never stayed there, disgusting!!! No other way to describe it, even the landscaping was horrific… Not happy Hotels.com for even offering tis place!!!

So much potential but the property needs some TLC. Back yard junk piles need to be removed.

A throwback to earlier days. And a short walk to the beach.
Charles, 4-night trip

2/10 Poor

Just don't

The only good thing is how close it is to the beach. Everything else was very bad. Room was old, dirty, musty. Windows were dirty, could not really see thru them. Bath has mold on ceiling. Bath fluorescent light took hours to come on. AC was filthy. Light swith was plastered into wall, pretty sure an electrical code violation. Water spots on ceiling. Wifi that only connects downstairs in the hall and drops in your room. The list goes on. Landscaping was sad, overgrown weeds and vines. Even a pile of construction debris by the walkway. The price is cheap and you get what you pay for. I could not even stay my last night. It is bad, if your tempted to stay there, don't, it will ruin your whole time at the Cape.
