We had a great experience at La Residencia. The villa is modern and well decorated with beautiful gardens. The shared area is very large including a well stocked kitchen. The bedroom was spacious with very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would love to stay here again

Nice enough property but poorly cleaned, maintenance is poor, and service is indifferent and usually not present. Dogs barking all night Could be a nice stay if problems were addressed, but management and staff just don’t seem to care.

Any complication any problem after 10 pm you are on your on. If it’s a death a wreck our any type problem do not count on them. You will pay full they will do nothing to help The place is nice but if you get locked out of your room our ac does not work and complication they will do nothing to make it right. Could be better

One night there were people who were excessively noisy past the "quiet time." The mattress was old and not comfortable. The towel bar fell off the wall. Everyone has to remove their shoes and guests pile them in front of the door. Overall, the facility was more like a college dorm than a hotel.
