I have known this hotel for almost three decades. If I had known I was booking this hotel, I would have found another hotel. This hotel has so much potential but no owner (and it has changed hands many times in 30 plus years) has ever cared, including these new owners. Had to change rooms because I had no hot water, and there were beetles in the room. Moved to a room that had hot water once I realized "hot was cold, cold was hot." I've never stayed in a hotel room that didn't have a toilet paper roll holder! You do get a good size industrial brand toilet paper. Broken window shade, loud and poorly working air/heat. The guest laundry room was atrocious! The customer service rep never greeted me when I passed by - too busy on their cell phones or doing each other's hair in the back room that was visible at the front desk. Breakfast is basic and fine, except the container holding the bread and muffins smelled as if the bread and muffins were spoiled. The pool was never open when I was there, and the customer service rep just shrugged when I asked why. As a friend in the hotel industry said to me, "sounds like a Motel 6 under a Comfort Inn name." It's worth a call to the health department. Certainly not worth your money.
