Loved the grounds and staff. All were quite helpful. The meals were well done. The location, a short walk to Centro was great. The beds were firm, but comfy. Slept very well here. Great restaurants also nearby. One of the best locations to scout out SMA.

A bit far from city center, room cleanness not great. We were a little bit in the pool and there were not pool towels left, I was told more were coming soon, we were waiting and waiting and no new towels came, ended up running to my bedroom to get our bathroom towels, then of course had to ask for fresh towels to be able to shower.For breakfast also took quite long for getting some simple quesadillas with ham.Will definitely choose another hotel option in the future.

Great inexpensive buffet breakfast. Received room service promptly whenever requested. 24 hour reception (we arrived at 3:30am and left at 4:30am). Hotel clean, comfortable with pool, gymn and three English speaking news stations on large smart t.v. Large restaurant with meals available until 11pm. Nice bar with comfortable sofa style seating inside or patio area. 10 to15 minutes walk to center of town or $2 Uber ride. Perfect hotel for the price for my son and me visiting a family friend.

Housekeeping was a little lacks. No soap in our room at check in & only one hand towel. They did supply them upon our request though. Room was very dim. Needed more light fixtures. Breakfast was a great option with full complement of items including made to order omelets. Location is very convenient for touring.

Urge mantenimiento a las habitaciones.

En general, le hace muchísima falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones, huelen mal las alfombras, el mobiliario muy viejo, principalmente los sillones súper manchados, lavabos tapados, era un muy buen hotel, no sé que pasó, tiene una muy buena ubicación y el ´personal de la recepción muy atentos, pero ya no regresaba.
