The hotel location was great, but what really stood out was the beautiful ocean view from the hotel window. The sea view from the outdoor public bath on the 11th floor was also fantastic. Everything was wonderful.

Great hotel to stay for winter ski

Great hotel to stay, near kiroro and many sight seeing spots! I would love to stay again! Only improvement is about the washing machine. That’s only 2 3kg washing machines (wash and dryer) which hard to fulfill the needs for longer term stay.

Stayed here for one night since it was within a walking distance from Otaru Station, the canal and to the shopping and restaurant streets. Room was clean and spacious enough to open two large suitcases. Bottled water was not provided as tap water is drinkable. They have a open bath for guests, which I didn't use, but I used their coin laundry machines. Would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to explore Otaru.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My room was spacious for 4 pax, with modern decor and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any request or recommendation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!
