Great stay at the Sunwing

Brilliant spot for the family. Swimming pools are large it’s right on the beach. Rooms are spacious with lots of useful equipment for families. We were B&B and breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Nice family beachfront resort . Excellent facilities and lovely staff with lots of alternative food options and 7/11 nearby But ,be aware ,it is a family resort so lots of loud kiddie activities ( think loudspeaker ) and screaming kids. Not so good for a romantic escape

Excellent beach getaway

The resort is entirely self-contained, with 8 pools, 3 bars, 2 restaurants, a gift shop, a medical clinic, laundry facilities, game equipment, and of course, a beautiful beach. The hotel staff are friendly and courteous. It was a great value for the money.

The pools are really clean and nice. Lots of sunbeds available. The beach is beautiful! We got tired of the food after a few nights but just across the road there is a great restaurant with very similar prices. The rooms are ok, the aircon is quite noisy and a hint of damp smell lingered the whole time. Cleaning is very good. Drinks at the restaurant and bar comes in plastic, disposable, cups which was quite disapointing.

Mixed feelings. The hotel is in a great location right on the beach... BUT ... It's very very tired inside and out and needs investment. At the time of visit, 80%+ of all guests were Russian which wasn't great tbh.

We booked this hotel mainly because we were looking for a family friendly resort close to the beach. As expected it was crowded, mainly booked by decent families with kids. All pools were clean and well equipped with enough sunbeds. The beach is very nice and seems to be endless with plenty of bars and restaurants, at least in the southern part were we stayed. For the age of our daughter (7) the kids club did not offer to much, so she attended just once. Room We had a room in the ground floor, next to the stage and breakfast area. Already when we entered we recognized an ugly smell from the sinks in the bathroom. After calling the reception somebody came and put some stuff in, which solved the problem. But unfortunately the smell came back several times during our stay. As the window to the terrace has zero noise insulation the room was quite noisy.

This is a resort that looks like a Caribbean all-inclusive resort. The breakfast buffet is very nice and has a lot of variety. The beach is not as published in the pictures, the water is darker and when we were there high winds and red flag did not allow us to swim. The pools and amenities for children are perfect. It has pool bars and food service in restaurants and room. It also has a self laundry in the property. Prices are a little high inside but service is nice. You have a supermarket in front for small shopping and/or liquor.

家族でゆっくり過ごすのにぴったり

ファミリールーム（2階）で3泊の滞在。 我々は普通のファミリールームでしたが、一階のプールにすぐ出られる部屋が便利そうでした。小さめのプールが何個もあり、深さも色々で小さい子から楽しめると思います。 ウェルカムフルーツとしてオレンジとりんごが4つずつ。更に子供が誕生日だとフロントが気づいてくれてフロントを通った際に呼び止められてバースデーソングを歌ってお祝いしてくれ、更に翌日部屋までフルーツとカードを届けてくれました。小さなキッチンもあり、ナイフやカトラリー、お皿と洗剤、スポンジもあったのでオレンジを切ったり絞って飲むことも出来て良かったです。 洗面所は洗面台、便座、シャワーブースがまとまっており、シャワーブースにはカーテンや扉がなかったものの水量は十分。 ランドレット（コインランドリー）があったのも助かりました。洗剤は自分で用意する必要がありますが、ホテルのすぐ向かいにTops dailyがあり、10バーツ位で小さい袋を買えます。

Rummet var helt okej, ACn var gammal och det svagaste man kunde ha på den var som en stormvind. Trevlig balkong men saknade en fläkt i taket så det varit behagligt att sitta där. Poolområdet är stort men trångt. Vill man ha en plats där man vill vara så behöver man gå ut och paxa tidigt, vilket inte alls känns kul. Killen som vars jobb är att plocka bort handdukar lägger de bara bakom stolen så i praktiken händer igenting, dessutom väljer han på oklara grunder och låter vissa ligga kvar. Poolen är helt obevakad och stökig, man får vara beredd på stök och bollar flyger, folk hoppar precis där man ligger, såg till och med en ett bråk mellan gäster med örfilar och ingen bevakar vattenrutschkanan(som behöver renoveras) . Babypoolen är så dålig botten att den inte går att gå i och ingen använder den. Restaurangens var största katastrofen. piaks kitchen gav mig en Hamburgare med gluten i brödet torts att de lovade glutenfritt. Thaimaten var smaklös. På Fino där vi firade min födelsedag hade de inte koll på om såsen var glutenfri och sous chef hade gått för dagen. När vi fick maten fick vi kall biff med kall potatismos. Dessutom fel med allergier så fick äta min middag själv utan familjen. Kompenserade med fruktbitar istället för avdrag på kostnaden. Helt otroligt. Receptionen tar betalt för barnstol så om man ska göra utlyfter med barn så kostar det extra. Stort plus till Lollo och Bernie-gänget och showgruppen. Det var de som räddade upplevelsen från katastrof.

Room was honestly so dirty, hotel is a bit like one you would find in Benidorm. Some staff were nice but most were rude! Would never ever stay here again. Hard to get taxis because traffic is so busy. Also the noise levels keeps you away all night long

great hotel with awesome pool for the kids. great family rooms with heaps of space. bang tao didn’t have many shops or many dining options along the beach. lots of little bars along the beach. wouldn’t stay in that location with kids again even though the hotel was great
