Great location and hotel

Excellent location round the corner from Grassington main main square. Close to lots of walks into the Dales and also the river. Nice hotel, we stayed in the suite which had plenty of room with the extra lounge space. Nicely furnished with a big bathroom area. We parked at the hotel which was a bonus. Contact from Linsey was excellent with all the required details.

A pretty faultless stay at Grassington Lodge. The communication about the booking was excellent and friendly. Nice, clean comfortable double room with Tea making facilities and a few juices, biscuits, hot chocolate etc. Great location, a minute from the Village Centre. Ideal for exploring the Village and surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.

This property is ideally placed to visit Grassington and walks around the area. It is clean, well appointed and first class en suite bathroom facilities. The down side is that there are a lot of rooms and a number of the occupants came into this venue later into the night. The doors are vintage as are the locks etc, so we found it a bit noisy and had a disturbed sleep.

Fabulous location just yards from the All Creature's Great & Small film set and Christmasmarket. Very clean and modern room, lots of hot beverages to choose from in room. Comfy, very clean bedding, only slight negative was its stay only with no breakfast facility but otherwise a fabulous hotel.

Great stay at Grassington Lodge. We had an issue with tv in our room, we were moved straight to a beautiful suite. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The Lodge is situated a couple of minutes walk from the lovely little village of Grassington. We will definitely return.

Very disappointed Booked & paid for the Vendaile suite & got room 1 It was a special trip for my friend ( hence booked the suite last year) she was very deflated I have stayed ar Grassington lodge many times but i will no longer rush back It was not very clean. Carpets looked & felt very dirty Valance on thebed - full of dirt Paintwork - needed a good clean I could go on and on I feel that it would be good customer services to be given a refund I have used hotel. The Lodge is very well situated next to the Main Street in Grassington. Parking a boon. The room was nicely decorated and had a little fridge. Handy for milk if you don’t like the UHT milk supplied. The bed was comfy and the supplied towels were lovely. However, on my first night there I had to remove 3 spiders from the bathroom (which is quite small) and one was even in the shower. The shower’s power was very weak and the tiling had seen better days. On closer inspection of the room I found large amounts of dust on all surfaces including the headboard of the bed. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly for some time. There was dust covering the pelmet above the curtains. As someone with asthma, this is something that affects my breathing. Wireless coverage and speed were good and the Smart TV was a plus.

Ok stay. Better options around.

Property was ok. There are nicer places to stay in the area. Nextdoor bathroom next to bedroom so loud during the night when people are up and down so didn't sleep well. A bit bashed and bruised over the years needs some TLC. Parking not ideal very hard to park when all spaces are taken. Fridge in room was nice touch. Would like to see something a bit different in the rooms to make you feel like you're in Yorkshire, like Yorkshire tea and local biscuits etc. something to set you apart. Has potential.
