This property was so cute and close to where we needed to be in Sedona! The area around the hotel is really cute and there are lots of cute coffee shops, restaurants, etc. The rooms were clean, the staff super friendly and we just loved our stay there!

Not so good for us. Booked a suite, on arrival were told the suite I booked was out of service and we were moved to an upgraded suite; however I think the suite we were moved to had not been used for quite some time. TVs weren’t working, internet was horrible and I don’t think I have ever seen so much calcium buildup on a shower head and faucet in my entire life. Room was very outdated. Thankfully, our TV issue was rectified however we spent the entire stay battling with the internet. For the amount of money paid to stay at this upscale resort, these complaints should never even be an issue.
