Overall, our stay was nice. We were in the area for the Little League World Series for Softball. The location was very convenient. There were just a few things that kept our stay from being excellent.
First, when we arrived to check in, we got to the hotel at 4:00 p.m. and there was a polite young man at the desk. However, he was not the one working the desk and told us that the individual working was on her lunch break, so we would need to wait about 15 minutes. After a 6-hour drive and being in California traffic for the past hour, all we wanted to do was get into our room and relax, but we had to sit in the lobby and wait.
The only other downside was that we had to pay for parking, which was $25 per day. The parking was not secure, and there were plenty of available spots. I don't understand the need to charge that fee.
Other than that, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
