Lovely safe spot in a crazy city; would 100% recommend. The pool was such a nice spot to relax. Nice breakfast and great staff. Please add some spice to all the beans, lentils and breakfast though- needed a little extra flavour. Everything else way beaut!

The staff were very friendly. The hotel facilities were great with a big pool and decent pool bar where food and drinks were available throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms a good size. The cleanliness of our room was a bit of a shock as we were used to much higher standards ( nothing major that would stop us from staying there again) resulting in us buying a disinfectant for the bathroom in the nearest Carrefour. Overall we enjoyed out time at this hotel.

Would like to enter a clean room with towels available and not have to request them after check in. Also provide queen bed for couples unless requested otherwise. Make sure phones and TV/remotes are in working conditions. Thank you. Aside from management staff was incredible and amazing!

Bed bugs - be aware!

Be aware people! we got bites all over our bodies… at our arrival home, we consulted and came out it was bed bugs… need to disinfect all our clothes and our stuff… we were at room 151, I guess the whole place is infected. Given the 4 stars and the price, we expected more cleanness and professionalism… very disappointing!

They make me wait more than one hour "because it was saturday"and they don't employers for online booking even the boys were ok,the girl from the reception make me pay twice the tourist taxes even I proved her I payed on expedia and she forbid me the card of the room,I felt like I've been robed...I think this is the gouvermental owned because the facilities are old and the boss doesn't care about there clients satisfaction...but the lower stuff try hard fot costumers satisfaction!!!

Not a 4 star hotel

I almost missed my flight because even after asking them to wake me up at a certain time they didn’t wake me up. By chance I got up and made it to my flight. Also Wi-Fi was not stable it would come and go not what I would except with this type of 4 star hotel. Also not really sound proof I would hear scratchy noises on the ceiling during the middle of the night. I asked for a quiet room and this was the best they could do. In addition I had to keep telling them I came alone. They kept trying to charge me City taxes for 2 people. Even when I was about to miss the flight. They don’t make notes or keep records. I told 5 different people but at the end they tried to still charge me.

L'entrée de l'hotel et les espaces communs sont très bien mais les chambres sont décevantes, terrasse et son mobilier privatifs sont sales, l'ensemble chambre + salle de bains + terrasse très mal entretenu. Seule la literie a une bonne note. Le buffet est restreint, et le personnel (surement débordé) ne remet pas les tables en service. Je ne conseillerai pas cet hotel.

Séjour de deux jours …… hôtel largement surétoilé ! Problème de la part de l’hôtel à mon arrivée : ils ont mis 4 h à se rendre compte qu’ils ont enregistré ma réservation à mon prénom et non pas à mon nom !!! Tout ça avec des excuses bidons : les chambres n’ont pas encore été attribuées…. Le ménage n’est pas fini ….. bref !! Ensuite au restaurant de la piscine, un serveur jeune très compétent, souriant et se préoccupant sincèrement du client. En revanche un autre, « plus expérimenté » tente de vous refiler un plat que vous n’avez pas commandé …. Et refusant d’avouer qu’il s’est trompé : non une escalope de poulet n’est pas « brochettes de poulet »!! Et la chambre …… si vous aimez dormir avec un réacteur d’avion ( une clim qui fait tout sauf du vrai froid )….. si vous n’aimez pas trouver un ou des verres quand vous vous lavez les dents …. Alors cet hôtel est fait pour vous !

2 nuits chambre 151 les 28 et 29 sept 2025: la chambre n'est pas à la hauteur des 4* annoncées, les rideaux ne coulissent pas sur les tringles, les chaises sur la terrasse sont couvertes de peinture de façade et il n'y a pas de table comme sur les autres terrasses, l'ensemble n'est pas trés propre et cerise sur le gâteau, un énorme cafard est ressorti dans la salle de bain... L'établissement présente beaucoup de traces de vieillissement, de manque d'entretien et ne mérite pas ses 4* comme affiché. Le personnel n'est pas remis en question, ni l'accueil. Nous avons été déçu. Pierre Masson et 4 autres personnes. Nice
