We also needed to stay an extra night because of adverse weather and travel on Motorbike restricted, again receptionist was very helpful and managed to sort room for us to stay

No complaints, good service, nice room with a lovely view. The tv had all smart features disabled which was disappointing (as meant couldn’t watch Netflix ect even though was a smart tv), and there weren’t any recycling facilities, but otherwise no suggestions for improvement.
