The hotel provided a various options of food which was good. And the room was spacious. But there are many things we were not satisfied about this hotel. The staff was quite rude. Not all of them, but the majority didn’t even say good morning to you. At the restaurant and common areas. The staff at the outside bar were quite polite.
The room was no cleaned properly, everyday we used to put our luggage’s on the table so there were not on the way but even tho, was a lot of dust everywhere, behind the contains and so on they just cleaned superficially.
Even tho there are plenty of food, I found it unfair that you can just book one of the ala carts restaurants during your stay, if you want to book another one. Then you have to pay. How this is a 5 star hotel? But we had a good time anyway, but for the price I definitely believe there are better hotels on that area.
