The hotel was conveniently located to Grafton Street as well as Trinity College but far enough to where it was quite in the areas around the hotel. The staff were extremely helpful in answering questions that came up as well.

Really nice place to stay and the staff were excellent. Room was very spacious and clean. 1 small issue in that the Cloud shower head was loose and the water pressure was poor.

The location is very convenient and you can walk to most of the sights. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, when we got to the room, it was not really clean (e.g. some small blood stains on the bed comforter and a pill left on the ground in the bathroom) and we could hear the trains as our room was facing the train tracks.

A Hidden Gem in Dublin.

This hotel is a real deal Close to Trinity College on the edge of Central Dublin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nicely laid out and clean. With that said we had requested the rooms be cleaned on the fourth day of our visit and the request fell through the cracks and wasn't done until the 6th day. We would definitely stay there again.

Super comfortable bed, great size room, all the basics for the kitchen also. We had an issue with our TV which they were able to sort the next day and offered us complimentary breakfast for the trouble. The breakfast buffet was great - lots of options and everything was fresh!
