We have a wonderful time in Ascend Quincy htl. The staff very kind, room clean. The kitchenette was well equipped , there was also the disherwash and the iron. There were tea, limoned, coffe in the lobby available all time. I suggest everyone to book Ascend Quincy hotel

I'd stay here again. You just can't beat the value and location with a full kitchen. Our body wash dispenser was empty, only 1 elevator was working and there's really no security protocols, any one can walk in and go to any floor, but beyond those minor things it was coo.

Great place to stay!

We had a great stay! Large room with a really nice kitchen area:dishwasher, garbage disposal, full fridge, stove top. Conveniently located for seeing the museums and monuments. Coffee, tea and lemonade in lobby! But coffee shop, deli for great breakfast across the street! We asked for a couple things during our stay- came to our door really quickly!

Great stay, few complaints.

Decent hotel, clean room, firm yet comfortable beds, decent location. Our room had some water damage in the bathroom door, but otherwise it was well kept. The staff was friendly enough. The only real downsides of our stay were that the halls were pretty warm and only one of the elevators worked, so sometimes the wait in the heat was extensive. If you stay here, I'd recommend requesting a room NOT facing the main street (L street NW) since at night every street racer and police siren WILL keep you awake.
