Lovely clean and modern hotel. Rooms to the front quite noisy due to trams running past hotel 24 hours a day. Rooms very small but excellent breakfast and great location.

Great hotel in he centre of Krakow. Very clean with friendly staff. Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby plus the main square is a 5 minute walk. There is a tram stop right outside the hotel. The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options for everyone. Rooms were HUGE.

Just Perfect in Every Way

We started off with a smile due to the amazing location between Old Town and the Jewish Quarter with a tram stop outside the door. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with directions and suggestions. Breakfast choices varied daily and there was something for everyone.

This property is ideal for a Kracow visit, its located 4 minutes from the beautiful main square, with shops restaurants everywhere, the tram stops virtually outside, also its about 13 minutes walk to the Jewish old town. The hotel rooms are quite small, and the foyer only has room for 4 chairs, the bar area is also small, but in all we did have a fabulous time, the rooms are cleaned everyday and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Great location... just 5 minutes to old town. Tram station just across street. You can book a tour that can pick you up from hotel. Super convenient location and super friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you can't go wrong with polish buffet. Fresh and tasty food, many beverages to choose from. Room was a little outdated, but i did not mind for the price at it was adequate to what to expect. I highly recommend Best Western Plus.

Fantastic hotel

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel. The staff are fantastic and so helpful. The cleaning of the rooms was unbelievable, everyday the rooms was left immaculate. We added on the breakfast to our stay and it was delicious, fresh fruit, cakes, cooked breakfast, cheeses and meats. Me and my partner are vegetarian and had no problem eating a massive breakfast. The location was just spot on! It’s a short walk into the town square, we was picked up round the corner (3min walk) for the Auschwitz tour and we walked about 20-30mins to Schindlers factory which on the way you pass the Jewish quarter. I have no complaints about this hotel at all.

A super 5 night break, feeling refreshed.

5 nights just the right amount of time explore the town and surrounding area. All main tourist attractions a short walk from hotel. Old town, castle,dragon,river Jewish quarter and ghetto. Etc. And slightly further out the salt mines and Auschwitz. Old town has plenty of places to eat. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfasts varied and tasty. Coffee vending machine a bit slow. Didn't try the trams but seemed very accessible and paypoints near. Would I recommend and stay again? Yes. Use the internet based app, for taxis. keeps pricing clear.

We had a premium room booked, however the room we stayed in was not premium. Was small and cramped, with about 20cm between beds and walls, and a half shower cabin in size too, with no space to shower without banging elbows into glass. Beds uncomfortable - crappy matress on the twin beds which kept on rolling off the bed and creasing. Hotel is well positioned for old town center and other attractions. If you are on the road side, you’ll hear the street noise and the tram. Decent but not too varied breakfast.
