El lugar es bonito pero poco funcional y nada cómodo, la habitación de cama matrimonial es excesivamente pequeña, el clóset no es funcional. La habitación es muy básica, el personal es amable pero poco capacitado no sabían como encender el cable ni como conectarse a internet. La habitación no tenía toallas de manos y cara. Las de cuerpo que estan desgastadas y amarillas. La cama es incómoda. Las almohadas viejas y olorosas. No hicieron limpieza el domingo por falta de personal y no les incomoda en absoluto. Permiten el ruido de los huéspedes y que usen los pasillos como tendederos muy desagradable mirar ropa interior en todas las áreas públicas. No hay elevador y las es lateras son estrechas. En general la relación costo beneficio no es justa, no recomendable.

Mala experiencia!!!!

El cuarto no lo limpian bien, había estampas pegadas en el pequeño clóset eran como etiquetas de ropa que el huésped anterior dejó. En las esquinas del piso de toda la habitación se nota basura de varios días entre polvo y pelusas. El WC estaba tapado cuando llegué y se tuvo que traer un plomero. Las almohadas ya desgastadas al igual que las toallas, cada vez que me acostaba en la cama me provocaba comezón en brazos y piernas algo tenía o el colchón o las sábanas. Tal parece que si reservas con ellos de alguna app te dan la peor habitación

Las habitaciones no son enormes, es el espacio suficiente para poder descansar cómodamente, el gym está en buenas condiciones, el área de alberca puede mejorar. La atención los distingue, los desayunos son buenísimos. Y la ubicación genial cerca de Paseo Montejo, práctico y seguro, sin duda mi opción en Mérida

Me gustó que las camas están buenas y se descansa. No me gustó que el cuarto se sentia muy encerrado, ya que la unica ventana que tiene es muy pequeñita. El baño sin ventilacion. El desayuno está muy limitado, sin fruta ... solo huevos, wafles y sandwich. Solo nos dieron una.cobija y una frazada, pedi otra cobija pero me dijeron que no tenian. En general bien, pero lo recomiendo para pocos dias.

Staff was great, the room smelled really bad because of the stage system, the bed was really hard like a board, however the room was very clean and well kept, they respected my property in the room when they went in to clean, overall a great experience!

Hotel muy buena atención de todos, desayuno rico, vale la pena, a 2 cuadras de paseo montejo , habitación muy pequeña el baño no tenía ventilación, el gym no tenia toallas ni agua, el estacionamiento pequeño, en general comodo y limpio, por el precio-calidad esta bien recomendable
