This was a great place to stay and explore Alkmaar. The room was clean, bright and large enough for comfort. The hotel was within walking distance of the centrum.

The Location is good ,walking distance from the shopping area and the Train station, staff are kind, Breakfast is perfect, am regularly stay in this hotel, but I noticed this time smell of drainage in the bath room which is annoying me.

Kahvaltı malesef yetersizdi. Park alanları konusunda bilgilendirme yapılmadı. Kiraladığımız aracı akşam otelin önündeki park alanına park ettik akşam 9 sabah 9 park alanlarının ücretsiz olduğunu sabah 9 dan itibaren ücretli olduğunu ve park alanı ruhsatı olması gerektiği konusunda nizi hiç uyarmadılar otel parası kadar ceza yedik. Verdikleri oda manzarasızdı. Daha ucuz olan manzaralı pda istedik fiyat farkını da geri istemiyoruz diye belirttik. Ama bize hiç yardımcı olmadılar. Kaldı ki geçen sene de bu otelde konakladık ama malesef anlayışlı değiller

Har været der flere gange eneste der her været at sætte en finger på er manglende toilet børste på et værelse også et køleskab der ikke virker ordentligt, men ellers dejligt hotel dejligt personale og hvis du ikke behøver nye håndklæder hverdag så giver de et glas vin, øl, sodavand eller kaffe i baren hvis du hænger det grønne skilt på døren.

Zentrale Lage

Wir sind an einem sehr heißen Tag angekommen und haben ein Zimmer zur Strasse mit Blick aufs Wasser bekommen. Leider mochten wir aufgrund des Straßenlärms die Fenster nicht öffnen, eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Die freundliche Dame am Empfang hat uns ohne Probleme ein Zimmer nach "hinten raus" angeboten, das deutlich leiser und kühler war. Das Zimmer war groß und bis auf den recht fleckigen Teppich sauber, das Bett war extrem weich, nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen. Ich würde beim nächsten Besuch in Alkmaar daher lieber eine andere Unterkunft wählen.

Lugnt, skönt och bekvämt

Utmärkt hotell både nära Alkmaar stadskärna och tågstation om man vill ta tåget in till Amsterdam. Stora bekväma rum med stor komfort. Enda som kanske inte var 5/5 var att det kunde bli lite trångt vid frukosten och att internet kunde vara lite halvslött ibland. Hotellets egna parkering var ofta full, men det fanns nästan alltid parkering tillgänglig längs gatan utanför. Riktigt tyst och lugnt.

Ok but needs renovation

Hotel personel great and position of hotel is cantastix for city center. I took the suite 411 the room was clean. But the room was hot wall airco where not working and smaller airco present in the room was not enough. Also what seems to be in the appearance a bubble bath it was not. In the hall way the carpet seemed very old. I think it needs some renovation. In the bedroom needed to sleep with window open

Die Lage des Hotels zur Innenstadt von Alkmaar ist ideal. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Bäder könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Frühstückprozedere ist zu beanstanden! 45 Minuten Zeitfenster sind zu knapp bemessen. Es muss immer wieder am Büfett nachgefragt/nachgelegt werden, um den Andrang zu bewältigen. Da zieht sich derart in die Länge, so daß es sein kann, daß man in der kurzen Zeit nur eine eingeschränkte Auswahl hat. Man wird dann auch nach 45 Minuten aufgefordert das Frühstück zu verlassen. Personal: Personenabhängig ❗ Wir haben von sehr freundlich bis gelangweilt-unaufmerksam beide Seiten erleben dürfen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind sehr überschaubar und kostspielig 26€/Tag Wir sind als Paar übers Wochenende vor Ort gewesen.
