We liked the location as it was close to family in the area. Room was clean and the area was quiet.

Funeral Home Trip

The staff is amazing! So kind and helpful. We were having issues with the TV but part of that was probably user error!

The lobby and room smelled like a 30 year smoker had lived there. I felt too unsafe at this location to even stay there one night! A local police officer told me there were a lot of drug busts and illegal activity at this motel. I asked for a refund 2 minutes after seeing the room. The receptionist told me I needed to contact Expedia and let you j ow why I wanted a refund. I’m letting you know now! I cannot get into contact with your company because the numbers seem to not be working. I shall keep trying.
Tammy, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

For it to be in the HOOD, it is/was well maintained with no issues at all. Entire Staff down to housekeepers were real engaging.
Chester, 3-night trip

2/10 Poor

Junkies and squatters, regrettably I had to stay the first night but absolutely no way on staying the second. NOT SAFE FOR FAMILIES.
Bob, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Old. Dirty outside area and noisey
Dick, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Do not stay at this property unsafe area and drug homeless staying there cops around looking for persons. The Room smells like Marijuana. We checked out left the area The Motel Looks nothing like the pictures We went into our room and left.
JOHN, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

from a sketchy person who didn’t have a room pacing the parking lot all hours, to random knocks on our door, to an actual 2am police raid on the room next door… this place is really sleazy and unsafe.
jerre, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Not the 8 they claimed

They’re trying. But the hotel is very beat up. Service was good. Clean. The “10” reviews hide the actual condition. But also lots of noise and people knocking on our door looking for someone else - multiple times.
Cynthia, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

This place needs a complete overhaul and doesnt justify paying over $50 per night, although their price is $85 per night. There are zombies and crackheads EVERYWHERE. I MEAN EVERYWHERE, walking, partying, loitering, at ALL HOURS of the night. Do yourself and your loved ones a favor, and STEER CLEAR. You will not sleep a wink if you stay here.
Yered, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The floors were "sticky" and the room smelled of stale smoke. People were smoking right outside the door and the smell drifted into the room.
Victoria, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The employees and manager Danielle have terrible customer service. My husband didn’t even check in and they were already giving him attitude. We ended up staying at another hotel
Heidy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Would not recommend.

Hotel room was fine, bathroom was disgusting, room reeked of smoke even as a non smoker room. Room next door to ours decided to have a fight at 2 am inside and outside the room. Drug dealers and crackheads all over the parking lot.
Aaron, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

You get what you pay for and it was okay

It was fine since we really didn't stay there during the day because we were traveling from Seattle to Walla Walla. It was not luxury for sure, the rooms did not look like the pictures on the website of the room we were in. But overall, it was fine for the price, and it worked.
Debra, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrid. Fridge leaked, didn't work, noisy neighbor, sex workers, Homeless and drug transactions- nothing pleasant- left early and won't be back.
Sharla, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The housekeeper should have checked with the front desk to know that I had arranged for a later checkout -- before knocking on my door to remind me about the checkout time. She didn't seem friendly at all.
Tony, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Thieves

We didnt get a stay because your site booked us for the wrong day and refused to change the date for us or give refund. Customer service was not helpful and claim department was even worse. Your company literally stole from us
Lindsay, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The room was very welcoming. Wind with almost freezing temperatures outside, warm and clean inside. Tub/shower. I didn't like the fact that the website gave very difficult directions. (N. Ely Street is residential.) It is located at the corner of Hwy 397 and Vista Way in Kennewick. You have to turn off Vista Way if you are going South on 397, after turning left. I had asked for directions 2 times from people with smart phones and the smart phones were dumb! The people who looked at their smart phones were only interrupted and were trying to help.
