Bellevue online checklin process was convenient and sped up the check-in process. Staff were very accommodating, courteous throughout and displayed eagerness to help. Suggestion: The facility is quite large and easy to get lost. When asked for directions, don’t point or narrate - get up and show specially for PWD’s and Seniors!

We’ve stayed in Bellevue before & had a great time. I booked the place for my sister & to my brother in law as a Valentine’s gift. They were so pleased with place, room are spacious and breakfast is great. They were just a little disappointed as the rooftop venue is fully booked. For the event. & had to go for another place to had dinner. But over all they were so pleased with the hotel amenities

It was nicely located and staff was great. Every one there was very nice. Has a nice pool upstairs on the roof the we used. AC did not work very well in the room and the room felt a little dingy.
