Quick weekend couples getaway.

It was a getaway weekend with my wife, we spent the day by the pool and really enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was great, the drinks were good and the staff and other guests we chatted with were all nice and courteous. The room was nice and big, with a great bathroom and nice shower. The room size itself was impressive for two people and we had plenty of room. Overall, we're definitely going to return and planning on bringing our kids so they can enjoy the lazy river/pool area next time. We also ate at the cafe and Smashburger while we were there and have no complaints about the food selection.

The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the beds are so very comfortable (slept very well), great selection of restaurants and fast food options. Love the lazy river area (and having cold water available). We also take advantage of the spa options, one of our favorite places.

Everything was great except for the very slow check-in procedure. They had enough staff, but VIP guests were taken first, even if other guests had been waiting. Every guest should be treated as a VIP on a first-come come first-served basis. The hotel is nice, friendly staff, lots of choices for food, charge for Wi-Fi?

Not as teen friendly as expected, teens cannot walk in hotel by themselves to gift shop, eat at cafe or Starbucks. The description should show this upfront. It’s too bad they don’t offer a movie theater or a teen club onsite

I enjoyed the lazy river with my grandchildren. The staff was friendly & the service was great! However, everything in the resort is quite pricey: from the price of a soda to the prices of food at the food court. I also think that the rooms are overpriced as there’s really nothing special about the rooms. They’re ordinary rooms. Overall, the family bonding during that weekend (resort) stay was the most important & precious, indeed!
