Perfect Spot in Ponta Delgada

Wonderful stay with the friendliest staff! Charming room, beautifully furnished, and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend! The hotel is beautiful with gorgeous classic architecture and has been cared for so well. Incredible included amenities like free coffee and tea, homemade goodies, a gorgeous room for breakfast, and a lovely shared patio!

The front desk was very helpful and accommodating - they were able to offer us nearby parking in a private lot for 5 euros per night - we’ll worth it to know we would have a safe place to park each night we got home, and also while we were doing things I. The town center. Excellent breakfast, and our large double room was beautiful and quiet.

The name of this hotel is quite appropriate as it is indeed charming. The manager upon arrival, Gabriella, was exceptional in assisting with arrangements. The family suite is very large, with 2 separate rooms, 3 beds, and an impressive bathroom with twin showers. It fit a family of 4 well. The balcony overlooking the courtyard also has good views of the city. The staff were very welcoming and when they found out we had to checkout before breakfast service started, they made up special breakfast boxes for us to take away. Overall a great stay.

A truly charming house in PDL city centre

An exceptional couple of days in a truly charming house in the middle of Ponta Delgada. Close to everything you wish for for a city centre, the relaxing atmosphere, delicious seasonal breakfast, captivating smell and luxurious decoration and furniture make it the perfect place to stay. Not to forget the immense gratitude and help from the staff. This place is a must do for a short luxury stay in the Acores!

Truly charming hotel in the heart of Ponta Delgada

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a rental car and they gave us the run down on where and how to park around the city. They also offered suggestion for dining and tours. The hotel is beautiful and very charming! The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. The breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. They also have laundry service available for a small cost.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! They have restored it to make every space picture worthy, but all the modern updates for comfort! The staff was beyond friendly! So helpful and even accommodated opening the complimentary breakfast early for us to have time to eat and make it to the airport for an early flight! And the breakfast was amazing as well! Location was perfect for exploring downtown - food and shopping- and only a 5-10 m drive from the airport! We were absolutely blown away by this hotel and the value! We will definitely be back or try one of their other 2 hotels in town!
