This was my second stay. The first time I had a room on the 11th floor, which had been renovated and had a coffee maker. My second time, the rooom was on the 7th floor and, while clean and with a comfortable bed, it was showing some wear and tear (few power outlets, slightly broken toilet flush buttons). Would recommend their premium rooms on the 10th and 11th floors.

Minha única reclamação. Fiquei no quarto 869 que fica próximo a uma porta de vidro de onde vem um barulho irritante que acaba atrapalhando o sono. O hotel em si não é luxuoso , não gostei do colchão da cama muito duro . O café da manhã tem variedades mas como sou intolerante não pude comer mas gostei muito porque si preocuparam em fazer outras opções para mim , gostei também do suco de laranja com cenoura bem saudável poderiam colocar mais alimentos saudáveis , senti falta de uma sanduicheira para aquecer o pão .. A academia tem uns aparelhos um pouco velhos .

Atendimento excelente!

Atendimento de todos os funcionários ( sem exceção) é excelente! O quarto é confortável mas as instalações do banheiro são antigas e mal conservadas - principalmente o chuveiro. A piscina não estava em boas condições de limpeza, mas a academia excelente, bem completa. Recomendo o hotel pelo atendimento e excelente localização.

Costumo ficar muito nesse hotel, e sempre teve uma coisa que me incomodava muito, ele tem uma excelente localização, ele é bem conservado no geral, e tem o preço acessível! Mas uma coisa que é péssima, é o barulho das camareiras no período da manhã, e não falo do processo de limpeza, é das conversas em alto volume, elas literalmente gritam com as outras conversando, isso tipo 9h00 da manhã, isso sempre acontece, falam pelo celular com familiares, é realmente muito desagradável, se você quiser dormir um pouco mais esqueça, é uma total falta de compostura, isso sempre acontece e nunca reclamei, mas ontem foi insuportável, isso é falta de treinamento, sempre gostei de ficar hospedado aqui, mas começo a repensar minhas opções, e fica o alerta para quem gosta de dormir até mais tarde!
