Pine Mountain House from HELL !

Big Pines is under new management from the last time we stayed there. The WIFI (Television reception) was very bad and inconsistant, the Pool was being renovated, hair dryer was broken, the safe was inoperable. The smoke detector was "metal strapped " to the wall ! It as a very bad experience, I would rate them 0/10 points.

I really liked my recent stay at Big Pines Mountain House. Hotel location was very convenient and walkable to many attraction. Clean room, comfortable beds and spotless bathroom. Amenities were superb and made our stay more relaxed one. Wi Fi was free and really worked well. We got late check out on request. Overall it was a memorable stay.
