Stayed here as was attending the EAiE conference . Checked in late and next day. No house keeping was done on my room. When I asked why I was told I had to ask for it the day before . I then asked for it and room was cleaned but no towels provided .Again I asked for these but never provided. Quite disappointed for the rate paid . Good location though

Would not recommend

The only positive aspect of my stay was the view. Unfortunately, everything else fell far below expectations. There was no room service, no fridge, and not even a phone in the room to contact the front desk, which was very disappointing. My shower had mold, and both bedside tables were worn out and in poor condition. Another frustration was the bed setup—Scandic doesn’t seem to offer queen or king options. Even in my “premium” room, I had two double beds pushed together, which is impractical unless you’re traveling with someone else. On top of that, the sofa bed in my room was broken. With so many better hotel options in the surrounding area, I cannot recommend this property.

Onödigt lång kö vi incheckning. Om hotellet är fullbelagt och alla checkar in kl. 16 borde det kanske vara fler än 3 i personal som arbetar. I övrigt var personalen fantastisk. Kan varmt rekommendera restaurangen där vi åt på kvällen. 5 stjärnor av 5 för både mat och personal

Bra hotell nära Skandinavium och Ullevi. Trevlig personal, rent och ljust rum. Dock fungerade inte ventilationen i vårt hotellrum. Bra med parkeringsplats under hotellet.

Parkeringshuset är alldeles för litet och trångt till större bilar och alldeles för dåligt skyltat för att hitta. Personalen i barnen hade kunnat ha ett trevligare bemötande. Rummen skulle på några ställen behövas renoveras. Och lika så städningen skulle behövas göras bättre på vissa ställen.

Restaurang/bar stängt på söndagar! Men hade öppet denna gång pga närliggande event, men info gavs inte ut vid incheckning.
