Love this hotel, think we have stayed 5 times now the staff are great and the All inclusive food and drinks along with the service is awesome the pink Prosecco is my wife’s new favourite 👌 One thing I would change is having more chilled Balearic music or a DJ by the pool at some point during the day after all it is in Ibiza.

Loved all inclusive and the pool and entertainment was great. Hard to get early check in but allowed us to store our bags and hang out by pool area and get breakfast which was really nice. The only thing that sucked was the maids would barge into your room at 9 in the morning

Best food I've ever had at an all inclusive. Drink selection also excellent. Pool isn't exactly massive but it was never overly busy. Always sunbeds available. And you literally walk out the back door and you're on the beach. Bar service was always quick. Daytime entertainment was usually a couple of live singers for a few hours then nice and loud background music. I was only there for 3 nights and there was only evening entertainment on the Wednesday. A live singer/ guitarist. He was good. Room was clean. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Had a fridge and a safe. Air con was effective. Staff were very helpful, especially at reception and Arturo at the bar. It says there are 2 bars but really it's only one, a square shape that goes from the lobby amd to the pool, but you only get served at the poolside. Also has self service cold water stations with a good supply of cups. Big towels provided at the pool which you can also take on the beach. Very close to O Beach and other clubs but noise was minimal. Would very highly reccommend staying here.

Great location and easy access to beach and walkways. Good pool and was surprised by the food included package. It was better than expected with a wide variety of choices. It is a party hotel with mostly middle aged 40-60 year olds, with a mix of some instagramers 25-35. Don’t expect to get much sleep during the weekends.

Nice hotel in a great location. Stayed AI. Food was excellent, plenty of choice even for the fussiest of eaters! Meat was cooked fresh and it was constantly replenished. Staff lovely throughout the hotel; from reception to restaurant to cleaning staff. Everywhere was clean, including the rooms. Only complaint was the bed.. it was rock hard! And the rooms were not as glam as they look on the website! I was expecting more from Palladium hotels as we’ve stayed in a few in the past. We had a junior suite. The room was very spacious but a little dated. Would definitely recommend the hotel if only for the food and staff! Not sure I would return unless they changed the beds!!

Excellent hotel air conditioning needs upgrading

The hotel is great, we have stayed many times in one of the normal sea view rooms however this time the holiday fell on my wife’s birthday so I opted for a jnr suite room, the air conditioning was not good, you could hardly feel it working, even with ensuring the patio doors were closed at all times and the blinds pulled all day, this let the stay down for us so I would only look to stay in a standard sea view room as I have not had this problem before. The food is excellent for an all inclusive and the drinks very good, it has not put me off using this hotel because of it’s position right on the beach is so good.

This hotel was slightly disappointing. It smelled of bubble gum throughout the entire place and honestly it gave me a headache every time I left my room. The buffet service was extremely subpar, and honestly the safety measures were non existent. the pool was overly crowded and loud and you would be lucky if you could get a towel, nevermind trying to get a seat by the pool if you wake up past 9am…(in ibiza?) The staff were very unhelpful when it came to trying to get a taxi, they wouldn’t even attempt to call us one. There are no private driving services through the hotel so be aware you likely won’t be able to get anywhere other than San Antonio. I also asked a staff member to rearrange a drive to the airport with me (they made the original booking) and I had to check back 3 times for her to tell me it was no problem. I had a feeling she didn’t do anything and when I called the company the morning of my flight to confirm the company told me nobody had called or made any arrangements from my hotel…. I had a feeling. Luckily the beach was pretty nice behind it and there was a couple good food spots near but off the property. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you want to relax after going to the discos.

This property is in a fabulous location, rooms are large and pool, restaurant and bar area are fabulous. Meals included in half board Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Service from the bar staff was fabulous and entertainment around the pool made our stay absolutely brilliant. We also loved that it was an adults only resort and the age varied which was great.

Amazing resort and the beach board walk is fantastic. Everything is pretty much walking distance from the board walk. The best part about this stay is definitely the staff. Each and every staff from front desk receptionists, bartenders, maids were all so nice and sweet. Will definitely come back everytime when traveling to Ibiza!
