Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now".

The staff were amazing and kind. The panoramic view from our king suite was gorgeous. The rooms are nice but a bit dated and the bathroom and mirror lighting is terrible. The resort would benefit greatly from an upgrade. The food at the breakfast buffet, Pennisula Restaurant, and Sushi restaurant was the best in my opinion. The overall food experience was average. What was incredibly impressive was the 4th of July show and fireworks party. It was incredibly well done with beautiful decorations, and assortment of food, desserts, and drinks, a live band and singer, and a beautiful fireworks show. I will likely not stay here again, but it is a nice resort if you are okay witn 4 star level. My family and I loved the staff and has a nice vacation in Cabo.
