Chegamos tarde e tivemos dificuldade pra entrar, o funcionário não estava na recepção. O quarto tinha um colchão muito duro e travesseiros desconfortável, duro ou muito fino e desgastado. O meu chuveiro não funcionou e tive de tomar banho no quarto da minha colega. Pq já era 1h da manhã e não iria atrás de trocar o quarto. O meu quarto era no primeiro andar e embaixo era o café da manhã. A partir das 6h impossível continuar dormindo com o barulho de cadeiras. Não ficarei novamente nesse hotel e não recomendo.

Ruim do começo ao fim. Já houve confusão de quartos no check in, o quarto que ficamos tinha muito barulho. O estacionamento não fica no hotel, você deixa o carro com os funcionários e não sabe para onde levam e nem como o carro fica, se realmente é estacionamento ou deixam na rua. As fotos do site enganam, não pode se levar em consideração. Em relação ao jantar (que foi pago à parte) foi a pior experiência possível, local muito pequeno e sem controle algum, filas e mais filas para se servir e nenhum local para se sentar, tínhamos que sentar com outras pessoas e haviam pessoas que ficavam em pé e café da manhã a mesma situação. Horrível demais.

Pessima estadia. Não recomendo este hotel… De uma maneira geral muito ruim principalmente a limpeza. Quarto sujo, paredes encardidas, tinha cabelo no banheiro, toalhas e roupas de cama encardidas e com mal cheiro. Estacionamento fica longe do hotel.

Nada daquilo que aparenta ser nas fotos, quarto ruim com limpeza precária, toalhas parecendo sujas, na discrição do hotel fala que tem estacionamento mas na verdade o estacionamento não faz parte do hotel, é em outro lugar. A localização é ótima, da para ir a pé tranquilamente para a basílica. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Porém, nosso quarto tinha um buraco no gesso do teto do banheiro bem em cima do vaso e ficava pingando de vez enquando e o banheiro tem janela q da para dentro do quarto. As paredes do quarto também sujas.

Estive hospedado por um dia,o preço combinado ficou muito caro,pois não tive estacionamento próximo do local, fiquei estacionado na rua, não informaram sobre o jantar,ficamos sem jantar,a luz do banheiro estava queimada,mas foi resolvido de imediato,o chuveiro fica muito próximo da parede,tem que aumentar o braço do chuveiro,o café da manhã é muito cedo e por pouco tempo,o apto possui sacada , porém estava trancada e as chaves não se encontrava , ficamos sem avaliar,este item.a recepção informa sobre o perigo da sacada para criança,porém eu informei que não tinha criança no preenchimento da ficha.
