Old bathtub but clean .

The room was very clean . The beds were comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly . The only thing wrong with the room was the bathtub was not in good condition .

We tried to stay here for a game weekend but checked out right away. Very dirty, the cleaning staff were swearing and yelling in the hallway and I think people are living here full-time. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. They were gracious and gave us a full refund upon checkout.

Last minute reservation for a football game. Room was $79 so wasn't expecting a lot. No hair dryer no ice available. Staff was friendly room was clean, bed was good. I went through expedia, paid in advance. The hotel did not require a credit card for incidentals, which to me is the biggest ripoff in the hotel industry. Overall a decent place to stay if you want a budget room.

You would be better off in a homeless shelter.

Be forewarned, this is a Transient hotel. If I’d known there would be people sitting on the front curb, in front of the doorway smoking cigarettes and pot, no way I bring my family to this place. The front desk lady was rude and someone was running a vacuum at 3:10 am. The rooms were dingy and there was no linen on one of the beds. The next morning there was a man outside my 1st floor window smoking pot. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. If there was anything lower than a 1 star, this place would get it.

While clean, the room was dated. The carpet was horribly stained throughout the room. Walls in desperate need of paint (scraped and peeling paint). Old fixtures in bathroom with buildup on them. Old appliances, refrigerator barely cooled down our drinks (would never put food in it) and no in-room Coffee maker or Coffee. The "grab and go" breakkfast options were a joke... had to go out to eat. The BIGGEST shock was discovering there was no toilet paper in our bathroom! It was discovered too late. Went to the desk to get a roll and was told NO ONE had toilet paper! They were out and waiting for an order.
