When I arrived on 11 Oct 25, I was informed I had no reservation as it had been canceled. Certainly not by me as I had paid my Visa on Oct 8th in full. Someone needs to explain to me where the money went and who canceled my stay. Not very easy on a Saturday night to find other lodging accommodations.

Little disappointed

The staff was nice and helpful. We checked in ok. I was told the room was ready, but it wasn't. Tv didn't work right, needed help getting the fridge running, had to ask for more towels because we only had a hand towel in the room, the mattress was a 2 out 5 at best and finally, had to give them the pizza boxes from the closet.

Bathroom had a hole in wall

Bathroom had a big hole near switch, wires are exposed.room is stinky, when u turn on ac all kinds of bad smell. I paid 99$ a night in peak time so the cost is under budget. I understand we get Wat we pay for but still I never seen a hotel that had a hole in bathroom wall, etc.

The good: convenient to grocery store next door. Linens were clean. The bad: room was dirty, had roaches, our feet were quickly filthy just from walking in the carpet, old liquid splashed on the walls and never cleaned. No housekeeping over three day stay.

Not great - a honest review.

There was mold, stains, holes, bugs and non working lights in my room. There was cigarette smoke in the room and leftover food. Also the window was open with a cigarette inside. There was a hole next to the bed and a bed, Equipment and clothes taking up the pool room. It looked nothing like the photos.

This place is a dump. The rooms are filthy and there are a lot of people living in the rooms who hang out in front of their places. Huge mistake staying here.

Who paints a room without taking the curtains down first? Who puts blue painters tail around the frame of picture on the wall, paints around the picture then leaves the blue tape on? Who attaches a lampshade to a wall-mounted light with scotch tape and paper lips? How does an ironing board cover get that soiled? Didn’t even shower the next morning because that was the cleaner option! This is the type of place where one might find a chalk outline of a murder victims on the floor!

The place is falling apart. The front desk was often unattended. No breakfast as promised

Happy about staying there

Great location. It's a motel so don't expect luxury but it was clean and my room looked recently renovated so it was clean and comfortable. Front desk guy was great. If you have AT&T the coverage drops out right by it and your GPS will get confused; watch for the large motel sign.

Room was filthy. Saw a few other of the rooms. They were a dump as well. Would never ever stay there again nor will I recommend this hotel.

I am 80 yrs old, travelling by myself. This did not look like the picture or any other Econ chain. The neighborhood was questionable, the lobby dirty. I immediately said I wanted to cancel my reservation. I was told to do it through the Hotels.com app. I had to download it, had difficulty and was unable to cancel by 6 pm. I did cancel atb6:08. I want a full refund. This business should be razed.

Find another hotel

Hotel in general needs quite a bit of work. Walls in the room were scuffed, and paint was peeling. Grout for the tub was dirty and possible moldy. Faucet for the sink was loose, and the water lines held together with zip ties. Yes, it was inexpensive but pay a bit more for a better place. Advertised as having breakfast but they discontinued that to keep costs down.

10/10 Exceptional

Fine room, right next to I-91 exit.

Nothing bad about inside the room (108) -- but it was next to the hallway to the stairs to the second floor, so heard occasional foot-stomps during the evening. No other noises, though. Spatious double sinks, very unusual. Huge, firm bed. The manager has quite the beautiful flowers and vegetables garden as landscaping, including some exotic trees. Obviously this will vary by season, but Coreopsis verticillata (yellow/orange/red) was in full glory, with Cosmos coming on, among other things. Also look for curry-leaf tree (Murraya koenigii).

6/10 Good

For being the cheapest place around, the hotel wasn't bad. The room and surroundings weren't particularly clean but it wasn't horrible. Originally we had a scare when we thought there were roaches but on closer inspection they were just some harmless local beetles! Coffee and continental breakfast in the morning was a total lie, however, which was the single greatest fault we had with the place.
Callie, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Horrible hotel. Bugs, human waste, false advertising, just all around disgusting.
Liam, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Nice big sinks in the room. Expedia listed check-in time starting at 2pm so that's when we arrived. The reception desk informed us check-in is 3pm, not 2pm. They graciously checked us in anyway instead of asking us to go somewhere and wait.
Cheryl, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

We did not stay because the place looked horrible. Permanent residents camped out in front of their rooms. Looked like a shelter more than a hotel. Wish i could get my money back.
Christina, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Worst place I have ever stayed. Walls in the room were dirty floor to ceiling. In desperate need of washing and paint. Bugs in the tub faily. Floors didnt look like they were mopped in months. No staff entered our room to make the bed or dump trash (which attracked more bugs). No continental breakfast or romm service as advertised. I will never stay there again. Rather sleep in a tent.
